Client commitment

Clear scope. Honest reporting. Work built to be accountable.

Palkion's commitment is not a guaranteed revenue number. It is a transparent engagement with defined deliverables, documented assumptions, measurable acceptance criteria, and a clear process for addressing work that does not meet the agreed scope.

Commitment one

Diagnosis before sales.

Palkion does not prescribe a service because it is easy to sell. Recommendations follow the analysis, and the analysis is allowed to conclude that less work is needed than expected.

Commitment two

Scope is written down before implementation begins.

Ambiguous scope is where most agency relationships fail. Each engagement defines the following in writing.

  • Deliverables
  • Exclusions
  • Responsibilities on both sides
  • Required access
  • Timeline assumptions
  • Milestones
  • Acceptance criteria
  • Change-request process

Commitment three

Honest measurement.

What gets reported has to survive scrutiny later.

Measured is separated from estimated
A figure that was observed and a figure that was modelled are never presented as the same kind of claim.
Confidence is stated
Every material finding carries how strongly the evidence supports it.
Limitations are disclosed
What could not be verified is named, rather than omitted to make a report look cleaner.
No unsupported single-number claims
Opportunity is reported as a range with its assumptions attached.
Baselines documented where available
Before-and-after comparisons use the same measure, or the difference is explained.
No fabricated proof
Palkion does not publish invented case studies, testimonials, client names or results. There are none on this site.

Commitment four

Satisfaction commitment.

If delivered work materially fails to meet the documented and agreed acceptance criteria, Palkion will review the issue and make reasonable corrections within the agreed scope.

What this covers

Deliverable quality and agreed functionality — that what was built matches what was specified and accepted.

What this does not cover

It is not a guarantee of market response, sales, search rankings, revenue, platform approval, or customer behaviour. Those depend on factors outside Palkion’s control. Changes beyond the original scope require a new agreement. Third-party platform outages and policy changes are not controlled by Palkion, and the business must provide required access, approvals, content and timely feedback for the work to proceed.

Commitment five

A resolution process that exists before it is needed.

Disagreements are easier to settle when the steps were agreed in advance.

  1. 01

    The concern is raised

The client identifies what appears not to meet the agreement.

  2. 02

    Compared to the agreement

Palkion checks the concern against the documented scope and acceptance criteria.

  3. 03

    The issue is documented

What is in scope, what is not, and what is disputed are written down.

  4. 04

    Corrective action is proposed

Palkion sets out what it will do, and by when.

  5. 05

    Work is retested and reviewed

The correction is verified against the same criteria that identified the problem.

  6. 06

    Unresolved matters follow the contract

Anything still disputed proceeds under the terms of the signed agreement.

Commitment six

Security and access.

Palkion often needs access to systems that matter. These are the standing commitments about how that access is handled.

  • Least necessary access, rather than blanket administrative rights
  • Separate client workspaces where appropriate
  • Credentials handled through approved systems, never informal channels
  • Access removed or transferred at the end of an engagement
  • Ownership of work and accounts follows the signed agreement
These are operational commitments, not certifications. Palkion does not currently claim any formal compliance accreditation, and will not imply one it does not hold.

Proof

When case studies appear here.

This page replaced a case-studies page because there are no verified results to publish yet. Saying so is more useful than a placeholder implying otherwise.

  • The data supports the result
  • The client permits publication
  • Before and after measurements are genuinely comparable
  • Estimates are labelled as estimates
  • Confidence and limitations are stated alongside the outcome

Start with the analysis.

The commitments above apply from the first engagement onward.
